  I just want to say thanks to Moto Luis. Over the years I have hired with them every time I went to Ibiza, originally on the recommendation of a friend. They have always been efficient and friendly, I particularly like their pick up and drop off arrangements at the airport, even late at night although there is a modest supplement. Last weekend, I made last minute plans to visit Ibiza next week and thought I needed a rental car, so I booked again with Moto Luis. However a couple of days later I found out I don't need a car after all. Moto Luis were entitled to charge me a 20% cancellation charge because of the late notice, but under the circumstances they kindly waived it for me - I will certainly use them next time I am hiring in Ibiza - thanks!

  Great company, great service. The car was clean, well maintained and looked after. The staff were very helpful. Without doubt the best car hire experience I have had when in the Balearics.

  You also have to pay 15 euros more if you want to drop off the car at the airport, wich is a lot for this service.

  We absolutely recommend Moto Luis! Simple and very kind. Great communication (fast answering) and normal price. Perfect for those who do not own a credit card! Car we had was pretty new and very good for exploring an island!

  Poor and unfair policy regarding young drivers, if you are under 25 years old, you can't contract a full insurance (10 euros / day ) to protect your deposit(excess) of 350 euros ( for economic cars ). So if anything happens, even if you're not responsible, you have to pay the damages up to 350 euros, IS THAT FAIR?! Being young doesn't mean you have to be responsible for the damages even when you didn't do anything wrong.
