  Great value and friendly staff. The location is great - it is directly beside the Ibiza Rocks hotel and is just a short walk to the beach and the San Antonio west end. There are also some shops and restaurants right on the doorstep. The rooms are basic (as expected) but clean and they are air conditioned with no extra charges. My only suggestions for improvement is the wi-fi which is slow and only seems to have coverage at the reception or pool area. No issues with the pool and bar; the bar prices are quite reasonable.

  Surrounded by small supermarkets, enough appliances in kitchen to cook your own food. Nice swimming pool. Air conditioner was not working, it was not checked in advance. We still had to pay the full rent of an AC room.
