  Fantastic villa as stayed here as a group of 7 in September 2017 - however we got broken into on last night. No safety deposit box, safe or alarm system. And one of the shutters on the sliding doors was already faulty making it childsplay for the robbers!

  Burglars ransacked the place and stole money, jewellery and even food and alcohol!

  Buying the tickets was easy, but exchanging, returning, or selling was not possible. Limited support from customer service. Ridiculous that you can't resell tickets.

  Then some 2 weeks after arriving home and us querying where our deposit was. The owner suddenly decided that we had stained a towel so held back half of €1500 deposit to replace said towel. I am assuming he used this to fix the broken door!! As we in fact had cleaned the villa top to bottom because none of us could sleep after the trauma of being broken into on our last night! It was far cleaner and tidier than it was expected to be as we were paying guests!

  Bought my tickets here. Then when I turned up at the space event I was told I needed to pay more because I arrived after 9pm. My ticket and the website from Ibiza spotlight said nothing about this.

  Beware of this company, spotlight did nothing to assist us in getting our Deposit back! And in fact told us that maybe we had urinated on the towels, which interestingly went from 1 damaged towel to suddenly all of the bedding and all of the towels ....all ruined!!!
